Overview
Quiet support over occupied space.
A lined split clamp wraps the pipe in two mild-steel halves with an EPDM rubber insert between metal and pipe. The lining separates dissimilar materials, damps structure-borne vibration, and stops the metal-on-metal contact that telegraphs pump and flow noise into occupied floors - which is why acoustic consultants call for lined clamps above bedrooms, wards, and offices.
The split design opens on a side screw so the clamp can be installed before or after the pipe is in place, then closes onto the hanger rod boss. Combined Cooperation supplies the TEMBO TGNC0L series in Kuwait with UL listed options and the standard finish range for concealed and exposed services.
EPDM is rated for continuous service from -20 C to +110 C, covering chilled water, hot water, and condenser applications common in Kuwait's mechanical packages.
