The modular backbone of MEP support.
Strut channel is the modular backbone of most MEP support work: a cold-formed steel section whose inturned lips grip a channel nut anywhere along its length, so brackets, hangers, and clamps can be positioned and re-positioned without drilling or welding.
The TEMBO TGSCH0 range covers 41x21 and 41x41 profiles - plus deeper and back-to-back combinations - in 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 mm thicknesses, plain or slotted (12/30 and 14/28 slot patterns), in 2, 3, and 6 metre lengths.
Combined Cooperation supplies channel in Kuwait with pre-galvanized, electro-galvanized, and hot-dip galvanized finishes together with the accessory hardware - channel nuts, washers, wall brackets, and cantilever arms - so a complete rack ships against one order.

0141×21 or 41×41 — how is the channel profile chosen for a trapeze?
Profile and thickness follow the span and the services the trapeze carries. The 41×41 section, and the deeper 62 mm and back-to-back combinations, give a stiffer member than 41×21, and each profile comes in 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 mm. Send the support schedule and the channel section named in the specification, and we will match it.
02Which slot patterns are available on slotted channel?
Channel is supplied plain or slotted in the 12/30 and 14/28 patterns, with custom slotting on request. Plain channel still takes a channel nut anywhere along its length, because the inturned lips grip the nut without drilling.
03Which channel finish suits a rooftop or external rack?
Hot-dip galvanized or zinc flake for external, rooftop, and coastal exposure; pre-galvanized and electro-galvanized for internal plantrooms, shafts, and ceiling voids. Order the nuts, washers, and brackets in the same finish as the channel.
04What lengths does the channel come in, and what hardware is available with it?
Stock lengths are 2, 3, and 6 metres. Channel nuts, coupling nuts, washers, wall brackets, and cantilever arms are supplied to match, and threaded rod and beam clamps can be added so a complete rack arrives against one order.
