Pipe Roller Supports

Let hot and cold lines move.

When a long pipe run heats and cools, it has to move. Roller supports carry the pipe weight on a cast or malleable iron roller so the line travels freely along its axis, protecting both the pipe and the supporting steel from wear and induced stress. Selection between the patterns depends on where the load path sits: a roller stand (TGPRS0) sits on structure below the pipe, a roller chair (TGPRC0) bolts to steel where no vertical adjustment is needed, and an adjustable roller hanger (TGARH0) suspends the roller from rod where levelling is required.

All patterns are manufactured to MSS SP-58 and SP-69 Types 41 to 45 with mild-steel frames and iron rollers, in sizes from DN50 (2") to DN750 (30").
