Who we are
Combined Cooperation General Trading & Contracting Co. is a Kuwait-based technical supplier serving consultants, contractors, and procurement teams across Kuwait and the GCC. This policy explains what we collect through combinedcooperation.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

What we collect
We collect two kinds of information. The first is what you type into our enquiry form. The second is anonymous usage data that tells us which pages people read.

What happens to your enquiry
When you submit the enquiry form, its contents are emailed to our sales inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider that processes the message on our behalf. The email contains only the fields you filled in. Your IP address and browser type are used at the moment of submission to check the form is not being abused, and are not included in the email or kept afterwards.
We keep enquiry emails in our business mailbox for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep normal commercial records. We do not sell enquiry data, we do not add you to a marketing list without asking, and we do not share it with anyone outside the parties described in this policy.
Cookies
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. This site uses very few of them. We run no advertising or social media tracking pixels, our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third party, and nothing is stored in your browser beyond the items listed below.

Analytics, and how to opt out
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page visits and see which product pages get read. It tells us that a visitor from Kuwait spent four minutes on the HDPE page. It does not tell us who that visitor was, and we have not enabled any Google advertising or remarketing feature on this property.
If you would rather not be counted, you have three options and all of them work without any action from us.
- Install Google's official browser opt-out add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
- Turn on your browser's Do Not Track or tracking protection setting, or block cookies for this site
- Browse in a private or incognito window, which discards the cookies when you close it
Who else is involved
We keep the list of third parties short and deliberate. These are the only services that see any data from this website.

Your choices
You can ask us what enquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@combinedcooperation.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. There is no charge for this.
If you are contacting us from a country with specific data protection rights, such as the European Union or the United Kingdom, tell us in your message and we will handle your request under those rules.
Security and children
The site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiry data is transmitted directly to our email provider rather than stored in a public database. No website can promise perfect security, but we keep the number of places your data travels to as small as possible, which is the most effective protection we can offer.
This is a business to business website. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we add a tracking tool, an advertising pixel, or a new service that receives your data, we will update this page and change the effective date at the top. Material changes will be summarised here rather than quietly folded in.
