Floor Mounted Vibration Isolators

Break the path from plant to slab.

Rotating plant transmits vibration into the slab, and the slab carries it into occupied space. Floor-mounted spring isolators break that path: the closed spring mount (TGCSM0) encloses the spring in a housing that adds horizontal stability and overload protection, while the open spring mount (TGOSM0) exposes the spring for inspection and pairs an integral rubber acoustic element with full height adjustability. Both are colour-coded by load rating, designed to BS 1726 Part 1 with roughly 50% overload capacity, and level from an external adjustment without unloading the equipment.

Closed mounts run from 60 to 5,000 kg at 25 mm deflection across four frame sizes; open mounts cover 30 to 2,300 kg at 25 and 50 mm deflections. Where spring isolation is more than the application needs, ribbed, waffle, cork-sandwich, and metal-sandwich pads (TGAVP0) handle medium and high-frequency attenuation under lighter equipment.
